Thiru Vignarajah
Managing Partner
Former Deputy Attorney General of Maryland Thiru Vignarajah attended Yale University and Harvard Law School, where he served as President of the Harvard Law Review. He then clerked for Judge Guido Calabresi on the U.S. Court of Appeals and Justice Stephen G. Breyer on the United States Supreme Court. Thiru served as a federal and city prosecutor before being named Deputy Attorney General. He subsequently joined a multinational law firm as a litigation partner for five years and then became managing partner of the Baltimore office of one of the nation's largest civil rights firms.

The son of Baltimore City school teachers and a proud product of public schools himself, Thiru has run for Mayor and State’s Attorney for Baltimore. Although his campaigns fell short, Thiru has honored his pledge to continue to fight for the people of Baltimore and beyond.

On a wide range of the most consequential issues, Thiru has stood up for the disadvantaged and disenfranchised — and has won. From taking down BGF gang members to taking on BGE’s bullying practices, Thiru’s tireless and fearless work has made him the voice of the people.
Ross Ingram
Senior Associate
A graduate of the University of Kansas School of Law, Ross is a seasoned attorney with a rare combination of multilingual fluency, global legal experience, and a relentless work ethic. Fluent in Chinese and conversational in Spanish, Ross represents corporations and individuals in cross-border commercial litigation, regulatory compliance, and fiduciary disputes.
Krish O'Mara Vignarajah
Of Counsel
Krish Vignarajah is a graduate of Yale University and Yale Law School and studied as a Marshall Scholar at Oxford. She clerked for Judge Michael Boudin on the First Circuit Court of Appeals before practicing law in Washington, D.C. Krish worked as a Senior Advisor to Secretaries of State Hillary Clinton and John Kerry and as Policy Director for First Lady Michelle Obama. Krish runs one of the nation’s largest refugee resettlement organizations and, in her spare time, maintains her commitment to civil rights and impact litigation.
U. Olanrewaju "Ray" Suleman
Case Manager
Ray is an experienced professional with expertise in legal research, litigation, human resources, and civil rights. With over two decades of law firm management and organizations, he brings strong leadership and operational skills. He has provided his legal prowess to assist with cases from small claims court all the way to cases before the Maryland Supreme Court. With a background in public service, he has advised political campaigns and is firmly rooted in faith-based and community-focused groups. ​

Ray attended Bowie State University and recently graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law where he served as the Student Bar Association President.
Patricia Mae Vitug
Case Manager
Patricia Mae is a highly skilled case manager whose work builds on over five years of experience providing strategic, administrative, and operational support to senior executives and founders across a range of sectors including legal services, healthcare, technology, and e-commerce. Known for her professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, Patricia plays a vital role in ensuring that cases move forward smoothly and efficiently.
Lauren Brown
Paralegal
A current student at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Lauren is a steadfast advocate for vulnerable communities and civil rights. She works closely with individuals without a voice whose constitutional rights have been violated and who need a champion.
Samantha Jennings
Executive Assistant
A graduate of William & Mary, Samantha brings energy, intelligence, and warmth to her role as executive assistant. Fluent in Russian, Samantha has interests and experience in federal intelligence agencies and politics. She has volunteered with the EEOC and teaches English to Ukrainian refugees.
